Biography of Endless Inspirations' artist Colette Keller

Colette is an extraordinary artist who uses photography, drawing, painting and jewelry to express and share herself with others. Each piece is a unique, handcrafted work of art.

She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in Studio Art. Colette took five years to find out that she did not want to specialize in just one art focus. She loves diversity and all that it can bring to her work. So with that diversity her jewelry and artwork can be very flavorful. Colette took one jewelry course in college and was hooked. Later she was employed with the very teacher who taught her jewelry in college and continued to teach her for three years more. The place was Studio S in Tempe, Arizona. Later, she moved on to Jewelry by Gauthier. While there she learned the finer points of jewelry. She has taken the diversity from them both and put it into her work. The pieces she does now are unique, handcrafted works of art. Each piece will vibe with the buyer. The cutwork is special to each piece and within each piece. It is done with a jeweler's saw and hand files. It is time consuming but well worth the effort once done. As for her photography, they are collages of photographs. They are positioned in such a way as to tell the viewer a story through pictures. Her drawings and paintings are of the human figure in the nude as the light falls upon their body. They show grace in motion. Each piece whether a drawing, photograph, painting or jewelry has a piece of her within them. As you enjoy Colette's work you will discover something new each time.
